how it works

Observe. Detect. Explain. Propose. Remember.

Five stages, all inside your AWS account. Read-only observation in, pull requests out. Nothing else crosses the boundary.

01 · observe
Read-only collectors

Kubernetes, VMs, and kernel-level eBPF. Installed in an afternoon. No re-instrumentation, no agents in your request path.

02 · detect
Deterministic engines

Latency drift, error-rate change, saturation, all caught by math before users feel them. No model in this loop.

03 · explain
AI root cause

Runs on your AWS Bedrock, over a bounded evidence bundle assembled in your account. Every claim cited.

04 · propose · experimental
Pull requests only

Where Krenox is confident, a proposed fix arrives in your repo. Your team approves; your CI/CD ships. No credentials to your infrastructure.

05 · remember
Institutional memory

Every outcome (merged, dismissed, rejected) becomes evidence for the next investigation. In your account only.

no hype, by construction

How the AI actually works

Krenox draws a hard line between what is deterministic and what is a model, and gives the model a very short leash.

ƒ
Detection isn't AI.

Deterministic engineering watches your systems: explainable, testable, never hallucinated. Alerts fire from math, not from a model's mood. You can read the rule that paged you.

[1]
AI explains, with receipts.

When something breaks, the AI investigates a bounded evidence bundle assembled inside your account. Every causal claim cites its evidence; uncited claims are rejected before a human sees them. Low confidence is stated plainly, and the system names what's missing and how to fix that.

PR
AI acts only through pull requests.

No credentials to your infrastructure. Your team approves; your pipeline ships. Every action is reviewable, auditable, and reversible, and a closed PR is a lesson, not a failure.

"An AI that says 'I don't know, and here's what would help me know' beats one that's confidently wrong."
the incident, end to end

From first symptom to reviewed fix

14:02 p99 latency on checkout-svc drifts past its learned envelope. Deterministic detection opens INC-47. No page yet, users unaffected.
14:03 An evidence bundle is assembled in your account: metrics, eBPF socket data, the deploy diff, ownership at time of change, and three prior incidents with matching signatures.
14:05 AI investigation runs on your Bedrock. Root cause proposed with confidence 0.87, every claim cited, one named gap: no traces from payment-gateway.
14:07 Krenox proposes a fix (experimental today) as PR #482 in your repo, with the full evidence bundle attached. Your on-call reviews, approves, and your pipeline ships it.

institutional memory

Krenox learns your systems and your history

Every resolved incident, merged fix, and dismissed false alarm becomes institutional memory in your account. The tenth similar incident is diagnosed with the first nine as evidence. Rejected theories aren't re-proposed. It knows who owned a service at the moment something broke, not just today.

INC-12 · nov 2025
Pool exhaustion, checkout
Resolved by PR #198. Signature stored.
INC-23 · jan 2026
Same signature, staging
Matched INC-12 in seconds. Resolved in 11 minutes.
INC-31 · mar 2026
False alarm, dismissed
Your team said no. That theory won't be proposed again.
INC-47 · today
Investigating now
Diagnosed with three prior incidents as evidence, including who owned checkout-svc when it last broke.
This memory lives only in your cloud and belongs only to you: your incidents, findings, and history download from your dashboards whenever you want them. No cross-customer learning. Ever.
install

An afternoon, not a quarter

One Helm chart for Kubernetes, one lightweight agent for VMs, one read-only IAM role. No SDKs to add, no code changes, no traffic to reroute. If you decide Krenox isn't for you, removal is just as fast, and your data goes with you, downloaded from your dashboards.
